Trade terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our standard terms are FOB Shenzhen / Guangzhou. We can also quote CIF to your port, DAP to your address (buyer clears import), or DDP door-to-door where we can act as importer of record. The Incoterm and named place are always stated on the proforma invoice.
Lead times
- Samples and stock items: dispatched in 3–10 business days, by express courier.
- Made-to-order items: normally 25–45 days after deposit and approval of specifications, depending on model, quantity and finishing.
- Project / OEM orders: scheduled individually and confirmed in the project plan.
- Chinese public holidays (especially Lunar New Year) may extend lead times; we flag this in the quotation when relevant.
Shipping methods
- Express courier (DHL / FedEx / UPS): best for samples, spare parts and small orders. Chargeable weight is usually volumetric.
- LCL sea freight: 1–15 cbm, consolidated. Typical transit 22–35 days to US West Coast and 28–40 days to Europe, plus customs clearance.
- FCL sea freight: 20GP / 40HQ for larger orders. We provide loading plans and container quantity calculations.
- Air freight: available for urgent mid-size shipments.
Packaging
Products are packed for export with corner protection, stretch film and, where required, pallets. Carton dimensions, gross weight and CBM are available for every model to support your freight calculation. Wood packaging is treated and marked in line with ISPM-15 where applicable.
Inspection and documents
Every order is inspected before loading and photographed. We provide a commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or air waybill, and certificate of origin on request. Third-party inspection (SGS, BV, TÜV or your nominated agent) is welcome; please book it before the agreed loading date.
Risk and title
Risk passes according to the agreed Incoterm. Title passes when full payment is received, where retention of title is enforceable.
Delays and force majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including port congestion, carrier cancellations, customs inspections, epidemics, strikes or government action. We will keep you informed and work on alternatives.
