Management system
ISO 9001 — Quality management system. Our manufacturing facilities operate a documented quality management system covering incoming material inspection, in-process checks, final inspection and traceability. Certificates and scope statements are available on request.
Product testing
BIFMA standards. Seating and desk ranges are tested against the relevant ANSI/BIFMA performance standards where stated on the product page — for example BIFMA X5.1 for office chairs and BIFMA X5.5 for desks. Test reports are issued by third-party laboratories and can be shared for tender and procurement review.
Indoor air quality
GREENGUARD / GREENGUARD Gold. Selected products and materials are certified for low volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions, supporting LEED and WELL project requirements. Certificates state the exact models covered.
Materials and compliance
- CARB ATCM 93120 / TSCA Title VI compliant composite wood panels, with supplier certificates retained by batch.
- REACH declarations for the EU market on request.
- FSC-traceable wood components where specified in the quotation.
- Prop 65 labelling and exposure assessment for California-bound products where applicable.
- EN 1335 / EN 16139 testing available for European projects.
How to get the documents
For certificates, test reports or declarations for a specific model, email vip@vip-office.cn with the model numbers and destination market. We normally respond within 1 business day.
Verification
Buyers and third-party inspectors are welcome to audit our Dongguan facilities. Contact us to arrange a factory visit or a video walk-through of the production line.
